G9EH2 is the second of the two 1992 Fleet Classic electric codes, and like its sibling it is documented in LIT-19616-G9-93.
Yamaha kept one service volume for the G9 through 1985 to 1995, thirty-one variants in total. The book distinguishes between codes wherever hardware differs, so read the code heading on a procedure rather than assuming a 1992 page applies to every 1992 car.
Work covered includes the 36V motor and its controller, battery and charger, brake and parking brake adjustment, steering linkage, front and rear suspension, wheel and axle service, and the electrical harness. Diagnostics are given as tests with expected readings. Torque figures and wear limits are tabulated through the mechanical chapters.
