I WAS TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 10, AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH. THE VISIBILITY WAS CLEAR; THE ROADWAY WAS CLEAR OF ANY OBSTRUCTIONS. THE TREAD ON THE RIGHT REAR TIRE COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE TIRE.
