1991 Isuzu Pickup Service and Repair Manual

A V6 option is what sets the 1991 Isuzu Pickup apart. GM's 3.1L OHV V6, rated at 120 horsepower with more torque than the fours, joined the 2.3L and 2.6L SOHC inline-fours, giving the truck a smoother engine for towing and four-wheel-drive use. S, LS and 1 Ton models were offered across regular cab, long bed and Spacecab bodies. Known issues on the 1991 Pickup. Two recalls are on federal record. They are an equipment campaign for Pro-A Motors aftermarket corner lamps, turn signals and headlights sold as replacements that lack the required amber side reflectors, and a campaign for front seat belt buckle release buttons that can break so the buckle no longer works properly.
