1990 Yamaha SRV Service and Repair Manual

Yamaha's SRV manual, part number LIT-12618-SR-07, reaches the 1990 machine under the code SR540P.

Very late in the run, and still the same book. Yamaha kept one volume across 1984 to 1991 and added specification columns as details changed, so a 1990 owner reads the original procedures with the revisions marked in place. That also makes the book worth having if you keep a second, earlier SRV around for parts.

Coverage runs through engine service with torque and clearance figures, carburetion and ignition adjustment, drive clutch and chaincase work, track tension, suspension and steering, and electrical diagnosis with complete wiring diagrams. Maintenance intervals are Yamaha's own.

Verify SR540P against the code on your tunnel, then use it to pick the right column wherever a table lists more than one year.
