Known issues on the 1990 W150. One owner complaint has been filed for this year, and it concerns the wheels. The record also holds 1 recall: certain 1990 W150 pickups with a six-and-a-half-foot box, EFI and no rear bumper could, in a rear collision, have the box crossmember press into the fuel line at the pump module and leak fuel that might ignite. The fix added reinforcement brackets under the truck to keep them apart. Fuel system, body and wheel procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics are provided.
