STEERING WHEEL HORN PADS DO NOT CONTAIN THE HORN SYMBOL DISPLAY AS REQUIRED BY FMVSS 101.
Consequence
VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 101, CONTROLS ANDDISPLAYS.
