THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRING ASSEMBLY MAY FAIL AND PREVENT THE THROTTLE FROM RETURNING TO THE CLOSED (IDLE) POSITION WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS RELEASED.

REPLACE ACCELERATOR LINKAGE RETURN SPRING(S).
