1975 Yamaha RD350 Service and Repair Manual

RD350B is what Yamaha called the 1975 bike, and LIT-11613-61-02 is the part number on the manual written for it.

Two years and two models share this volume: the RD350 and the RD250, 1974 and 1975. The consequence for you is practical. Procedures apply broadly, but every number must be traced to its model column, and the RD350B figures are the ones you want.

What the manual does well is the measurement side. Piston and bore clearances, ring end gaps, crankshaft runout, clutch plate thickness, brake and drum limits, fork and chain specifications are all tabulated with the torque values that go with reassembly. The Autolube pump, carburettor jetting and ignition timing each get their own procedure, and there are wiring diagrams with electrical fault tracing at the back.

Nothing about it is written for entertainment. It is a workshop reference, and it reads like one.
